Getting There

• Car

  If you are traveling by car, start from the city of Pleiku, which is a central hub in the Central Highlands. Head south on National Route 14 for approximately 135 km until you reach the intersection with National Route 1A in the town of An Khê. Turn left onto National Route 1A and continue for about 60 km until you reach Hoài Nhơn District. Look for signs directing you to Hoài Mỹ. Once in Hoài Mỹ, follow local roads towards Lộ Diêu, which is situated along the coast. The approximate drive time is around 3 hours.

• Bus

  For those preferring public transportation, take a bus from Pleiku to Hoài Nhơn. Buses operate frequently, and tickets can be purchased at the bus station. The journey takes approximately 4-5 hours. Once you arrive at Hoài Nhơn bus station, you can take a taxi or a local bus to Lộ Diêu. The taxi fare to Lộ Diêu from the bus station is around 100,000 VND (approximately $4.50).

• Motorbike

  For adventurous travelers, renting a motorbike is a great option. From Pleiku, head south on National Route 14, then make a left onto National Route 1A towards Hoài Nhơn. This route offers scenic views of the Central Highlands. Ensure to wear a helmet and follow local traffic regulations. The journey will take about 3 hours, and you can stop along the way for refreshments or to take photos.
