I had such a wonderful time thanks to Blue. I booked this by myself and wasn’t sure what to expect but it was so much fun. We ended up being 4 people in the class I had booked and thanks to our host, Blue, it was a wonderful and extremely enjoyable experience. We started off going to the market and buying our own ingredients. After coming back to the kitchen we then prepared fish dishes following Blue’s instructions and they turned out great, as we ate them afterwards. Time passed so quickly and this is on my list of most memorable experiences in Da Nang, I’m really happy I did this and now know so much more about Vietnamese cuisine.
