This 8-day trip was worth every penny! Hanoi retains its ancient charm, but the streets are always crowded, and walking a lot can be tiring. Ninh Binh is breathtaking, with green waters and majestic mountains, but climbing Hang Mua is quite a challenge for the legs. Ha Long Bay is beyond words, stunning scenery, but it gets really crowded during peak season. Da Nang is clean and airy, while Hoi An is dazzling with lanterns but always packed with tourists, making it hard to take photos without people in the frame. Ho Chi Minh City is bustling and fun but a bit noisy. The food everywhere is delicious, my favorites are Hanoi’s pho and Southern-style banh xeo!

Excellent tour

This was our first trip on an organized tour, in the past we've just headed out on our own. It was very nice to have all the transportation set-up, the guides were excellent and met us on time. Hotels were good and we always had enough free time to wander about on our own in each of the places we stayed. One thing for this particular tour and not a critique of Legend Travel Group is we spent a lot of time travelling place to place, it's necessary for the scope of the tour. We would gladly book another tour with Legend Travel Group, we highly recommend them.

Excellent value for money

We choose Authentic on the basic of previous reviews. As a family of four seeking high-end accommodation and private tours in six different locations prior to our departure we wondered whether this company was appropriate; they appeared to specialize in backpackers thickets, tours, and rooms. Authentic's delivered in every respect. Not only was their package perfect-hotels, tours, trips,... but moreover their pricing shot both local and British competitors our of the water. Without hesitation we would recommend Tran (our contact in Authentic) for any family considering a trip throughout Vietnam.
