To take a cyclo (a traditional Vietnamese bicycle taxi), find one near the Dong Ba Market. Inform the driver you want to go to February 3 Park (Công viên 3 tháng 2). The driver will take you along Le Loi Street. The journey is approximately 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic. Ask the driver to drop you off at the park entrance, located at FH9V+Q4J, Huế Lê Lợi, Phú Hội.
