If you are starting from the center of Hue, head south on Le Loi Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Tran Hung Dao Street. Turn right onto Tran Hung Dao Street and follow it until you reach the Perfume River. Cross the bridge (Truong Tien Bridge) over the river. Once you are on the other side, continue straight on Nguyen Hue Street. After about 500 meters, turn left onto Doan Thi Diem Street. Thai To Mieu will be on your right side. You can recognize it by its beautiful architecture and surrounding gardens.

Continue to the intersection with Tran Hung Dao Street, turn right, and cycle along until you reach the Perfume River. Cross the Truong Tien Bridge. After crossing, continue on Nguyen Hue Street.
