Continue on ĐT 973 until you reach the ferry terminal at Bến Đình. Park your car here and take a ferry to Monkey Island. The ferry ride costs around 30,000 VND per person and takes about 15 minutes.

To reach Monkey Island using public transportation, take a bus from Ho Chi Minh City to Cần Giờ. Bus number 20 departs from the Mien Dong Bus Station. After about 1.5 hours, get off at the Cần Giờ bus station. From there, take a taxi or a local minibus to the ferry terminal at Bến Đình. The ferry to Monkey Island costs about 30,000 VND and takes around 15 minutes.
