Getting There

• Bus

  From Nha Trang city center, head to the local bus station, which is located near the Nha Trang Cathedral. Look for buses heading to Ninh Hòa. The bus ride takes approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Ninh Hòa bus station, ask for directions to Bãi biển Dốc Lết, which is about 10 km away. You can take a local taxi or a motorbike taxi (xe ôm) from the bus station to the beach. Make sure to show the driver the name of the beach written down in Vietnamese: 'Bãi biển Dốc Lết'.

• Motorbike Rental

  If you prefer to explore on your own, you can rent a motorbike from one of the many rental shops in Nha Trang. Once you have your motorbike, head north on Tran Phu Street, which runs along the coast. Follow the road until you reach the junction with National Route 1A. Turn left onto National Route 1A and continue straight for about 20 km until you see signs for Ninh Hòa. Follow the signs towards Bãi biển Dốc Lết. The beach is well-marked along the way, and it should take about 30-40 minutes to reach your destination.

• Taxi

  You can easily hail a taxi from anywhere in Nha Trang. Ask the driver to take you to Bãi biển Dốc Lết in Ninh Hòa. The journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes depending on traffic. Make sure to confirm the fare before starting your trip or use a ride-hailing app to avoid any misunderstandings.
