Take the exit toward Vinh Loc District and follow the signs for Ho Citadel. The citadel is located approximately 5 kilometers from the exit. Look for parking options near the entrance.

For public transport, take a bus from Thanh Hoa City to Vinh Loc District. Buses leave from the Thanh Hoa Bus Station. The fare is approximately 30,000 to 50,000 VND (about $1.30 to $2.20). Once you arrive at Vinh Loc, you can take a local taxi or motorbike taxi (xe ôm) for about 20,000 to 30,000 VND to reach Ho Citadel, which is about 5 kilometers away.
