Getting There

• Car

  If you are traveling by car, start your journey from Ho Chi Minh City. Take the National Route 1A heading north. After approximately 70 km, follow the signs to Route 20 towards Định Quán District. Continue on Route 20 for about 80 km until you reach Phú Tân. Upon reaching Phú Tân, use a GPS or map application to guide you to the coordinates 7C52+M4J. The Ancient Volcano is located near this point, and you may need to park nearby and walk a short distance to the site.

• Bus

  For those using public transportation, take a bus from Ho Chi Minh City to Đồng Nai. Buses such as the Phương Trang or Thành Bưởi travel frequently from the main bus stations. The journey takes around 2-3 hours. Once you arrive at Đồng Nai, you can take a local taxi or ride-hailing service to Phú Tân, which is about 30 km away. Make sure to show the driver the coordinates 7C52+M4J to ensure they understand your destination. The taxi ride might cost around 300,000 to 400,000 VND.

• Motorbike

  For adventurous travelers, renting a motorbike in Ho Chi Minh City is a great option. Take the same route as for cars, following National Route 1A and then Route 20 towards Định Quán District. Ensure you have a valid driver’s license and wear a helmet. The ride may take around 3-4 hours, and you will experience beautiful landscapes along the way. Once you arrive in Phú Tân, use your GPS to reach the coordinates 7C52+M4J. Be cautious of local traffic rules.
