Take a bus from your location in Northeast Vietnam to Hanoi. Buses like the Hoang Long or The Sinh Tourist operate routes to Hanoi with a stop at My Dinh Bus Station. Get off at the stop near the National Museum of Vietnamese History, then walk about 500 meters to Hanoi Flagtower located at 28A Điện Biên Phủ.

Train

Travel from Northeast Vietnam to Hanoi by train. Book a ticket for the train service (like the SE or TN trains) that goes to Hanoi Railway Station. Once you arrive at the station, take a taxi or a ride-hailing service like Grab to Hanoi Flagtower.
