If you are driving from Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park, take the Ho Chi Minh Highway (National Route 1A) heading south towards Đồng Hới. After approximately 40 kilometers, take the exit toward Đồng Hới. Continue straight until you reach Trương Pháp Street. Turn left onto Trương Pháp, and after about 2 kilometers, you will arrive at Biển Nhật Lệ, which is located at 189 Trương Pháp, Bắc Lý, Đồng Hới, Quảng Bình.

To reach Biển Nhật Lệ using public transport, start at the main bus station in Phong Nha. Look for a bus heading to Đồng Hới (these run frequently throughout the day).
