Car
If you are traveling by car from Dong Hoi, take National Route 1A heading south. After about 40 kilometers, look for the signs towards Bố Trạch District. Continue on this road for about 15 kilometers until you reach Cự Nẫm. Once in Cự Nẫm, follow the local signs to Đồi Mây Đắng, which will be approximately 5 kilometers from the center of the village. Be prepared for some winding roads as you approach the hill.

Public Transportation
To reach Đồi Mây Đắng using public transportation, first take a bus from Dong Hoi to Bố Trạch. Buses run frequently throughout the day and tickets are affordable (approximately 30,000 VND). Upon arrival in Bố Trạch, you can hire a motorbike taxi or a local taxi to take you to Cự Nẫm, which is about 10 kilometers away. Once in Cự Nẫm, ask the driver to take you to Đồi Mây Đắng, or follow local signage.

Motorbike Rental
For those who prefer a more adventurous route, consider renting a motorbike in Dong Hoi. There are several rental shops available. After renting, follow the same directions as for car travel: head south on National Route 1A, then follow signs to Bố Trạch District and Cự Nẫm. This option allows for more flexibility in your travel and costs around 100,000 VND per day for the rental.
