From the center of Sapa, head east towards Thạch Sơn Street (also known as Sapa Market Street). Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Nguyễn Huệ Street. Turn left onto Nguyễn Huệ Street and walk until you reach the end of the street. At the T-junction, turn right onto Đường Mường Hoa. Continue on Đường Mường Hoa for about 2 kilometers. You will see signs for Pu Sam Cap Caves. Follow the signs, and after another 1 kilometer, you will arrive at the entrance of the caves.

Simply go to a nearby motorbike taxi stand or use a ride-hailing app. Tell the driver you want to go to Pu Sam Cap Caves, located at 9CP6+83J, Bế Văn Đàn, Nậm Loỏng, Lai Châu.
