If you are traveling by car, start by heading towards Da Nang city center. From the center, take Tran Phu Street and follow it until you reach Hoang Sa Street. Turn onto Hoang Sa Street and continue driving for about 5 kilometers. You will see signs for Lady Buddha (Buddha Statue). The parking area is available near the entrance to the site. Please note that while there is no entry fee to visit Lady Buddha, parking may have a small fee, so be prepared with some Vietnamese Dong.
Public Transportation (Bus)
To reach Lady Buddha via public transportation, you can take the local bus. Look for the bus number 1, which operates from Da Nang city center. The bus will take you to the Linh Ung Pagoda, where Lady Buddha is located. The bus fare is approximately 20,000 VND (around $1 USD). Once you arrive, it's a short walk from the bus stop to the statue. Buses generally run every 30 minutes, but check local schedules for the most accurate times.
Taxi or Ride-Hailing Service
For a more comfortable option, consider using a taxi or a ride-hailing service like Grab. Simply input 'Linh Ung Pagoda' or 'Lady Buddha' as your destination. The fare from the city center to Lady Buddha typically ranges from 100,000 to 150,000 VND (approximately $4 to $6 USD), depending on traffic conditions.
