Travel Guide to Cua Dai Beach

Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving from Da Nang, take National Route 1A heading south. After approximately 30 kilometers, take the exit toward Hoi An. Continue on the road until you reach the intersection with Tran Hung Dao Street. Turn right onto Tran Hung Dao, then take a left onto Le Loi Street. Follow Le Loi Street until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Vo Nguyen Giap Street, which leads directly to Cua Dai Beach. Parking is available near the beach, but be aware of potential parking fees.

• Bus

  From Da Nang, you can take a local bus (Bus No. 1 or 2) from the Da Nang Bus Station to Hoi An. The bus ride takes about 1 hour and costs around 25,000 VND. Once you arrive at Hoi An, you'll need to take a taxi or a motorbike taxi to Cua Dai Beach, which is about 5 kilometers away. The taxi fare should be around 50,000 to 100,000 VND.

• Taxi or Ride-Hailing Service

  If you prefer a more direct route, you can use a taxi or a ride-hailing service like Grab. From any central location in Hoi An, simply enter Cua Dai Beach as your destination. The ride should take approximately 15 minutes and cost between 50,000 to 100,000 VND depending on traffic. Make sure to confirm the fare with the driver or the app before starting your journey.

• Bicycle

  For the more adventurous traveler, renting a bicycle is a great way to explore the area. From Hoi An's Ancient Town, you can rent a bike for around 30,000 to 50,000 VND per day. Follow Nguyen Hoang Street to reach the riverside path, then cycle along the water towards Cua Dai Beach. The distance is about 5 kilometers and will take approximately 20-30 minutes. Enjoy the scenic views along the way!
