Getting There

• Car

  If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Quy Nhon city. Head southeast on Trần Hưng Đạo Street towards Nguyễn Huệ Street. Continue straight onto Phạm Ngọc Thạch Street before turning right onto Xuân Diệu Street. Follow Xuân Diệu until you reach the roundabout, then take the second exit onto Đào Duy Từ Street. Keep following this road as it turns into Quốc lộ 1A. After approximately 15 kilometers, you will reach the entrance to Hon Kho Beach, where you can park your car. Be aware that some parking areas may charge a small fee, typically around 20,000 VND.

• Public Transportation

  For those using public transportation, you can take a local bus from the Quy Nhon bus station. Look for buses heading towards Hoai Nhon or local beach routes. The fare is usually around 15,000 VND. Once you arrive at the nearest drop-off point, you may need to hire a motorbike taxi or walk approximately 2 kilometers to the beach. Ensure you have cash ready for the motorbike taxi, which may cost around 30,000 VND.

• Boat

  Alternatively, if you want an adventurous route, you can take a boat from the Quy Nhon harbor to Hon Kho Beach. This option is particularly scenic. Boats typically leave in the morning and return in the afternoon. Tickets usually cost around 150,000 VND per person. Make sure to check the schedule in advance and arrive early to secure your spot.
