Getting there

Bus

From Phan Thiet city center, head to the Phan Thiet Bus Station (Bến Xe Phan Thiết). You can take a local bus heading towards Mũi Né. The bus ride should take around 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic. Inform the driver that you want to get off at the Mũi Né area. Once you arrive in Mũi Né, you can ask locals for directions to Hòn Rơm as it’s a popular destination.

Bicycle

If you prefer to cycle, you can rent a bicycle in Phan Thiet. Start from the center of Phan Thiet and cycle along Nguyễn Thông Street towards Mũi Né. The ride is approximately 15 kilometers and takes about an hour. Keep an eye out for signs to Hòn Rơm, which is located near the coastline. Enjoy the scenic views along the way!

Motorbike Taxi

You can use a motorbike taxi service, such as Grab or local bike taxis. Simply download the Grab app (if you haven’t already) and set your destination to Hòn Rơm, Mũi Né. The ride should take about 20-30 minutes from Phan Thiet city center. Make sure to confirm the fare before starting your journey.

Walking

If you are feeling adventurous and are staying close to Mũi Né, you can walk to Hòn Rơm. From the Mũi Né area, head towards the coast and follow the beach path south.
