From the beach, you will have a clear view of the road leading up to the Monument for War Heroes. Continue walking straight on 3 Thang 2 Street for approximately 5 minutes. The monument will be on your right-hand side, at the address 83XV+H3C, Đ. 3 Tháng 2.

For those who prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from various rental shops along Thuy Van Street. Once you have your bike, ride along Thuy Van Street towards the east. The monument will appear on your right. Make sure to wear a helmet and be cautious of traffic.
