From the Back Beach area, head towards Thuy Van Street (the main road along the beach). Walk north along Thuy Van Street until you reach the intersection with Hoang Hoa Tham Street. Turn left onto Hoang Hoa Tham Street and continue walking straight. As you walk, you will pass by various shops and local eateries. After approximately 1.5 kilometers, you will see a sign for Vung Tau Lighthouse on your right. The lighthouse is located on a hilltop, so be prepared for a steep climb. Follow the path upwards until you reach the entrance of the lighthouse.

Motorbike Taxi (Grab or Local)
If you prefer a quicker option, you can use a motorbike taxi service like Grab. Open the app, set your pickup location in Back Beach, and enter 'Vung Tau Lighthouse' as your destination. The ride will take about 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic. Expect to pay around 20,000 to 30,000 VND for the ride. The driver will drop you off at the base of the lighthouse where you can start your climb.

Bicycle Rental
For a more active approach, consider renting a bicycle. There are several rental shops along Thuy Van Street. Rent a bicycle for around 50,000 to 100,000 VND per hour. Ride north on Thuy Van Street, then turn left onto Hoang Hoa Tham Street. Follow the same route as mentioned before, and park your bicycle at the base of the lighthouse before starting your ascent.
