Private transfer - Ho Chi Minh to Vung tau was great 2hrs 45, although consider the time you fly in, could be worth a stop over. We left Sydney airport at 1020am with a 9hr flight then the drive. Got to Vung Tau @ 8pm there time. For us it was worth the effort as it gave us a whole day from the next morning
