If you are near the Ballston-MU Metro Station, take the Orange Line towards New Carrollton. Travel for about 5 stops until you reach the Virginia Square-GMU Metro Station. Transfer to the Silver Line towards Wiehle-Reston East. Ride for 2 stops and get off at the East Falls Church Metro Station. From here, you will need to catch a bus.
