If you are starting from the Rosslyn Metro Station, exit onto Wilson Blvd. Walk east towards the intersection with Fort Myer Drive. Turn left onto Fort Myer Drive and continue until you reach the intersection with Arlington Blvd. Cross Arlington Blvd and continue straight onto the paths leading to the Netherlands Carillon, which is located in the Arlington National Cemetery area. Follow the signs to the Carillon, and enjoy the scenic views along the way.

From the Rosslyn Metro Station, you can catch the Metrobus 38B. Board the bus heading towards the Pentagon City. Get off at the stop at the intersection of Arlington Blvd and Fort Myer Drive.
