Walking
If you are starting from the Virginia Tech campus, exit the campus from the main gate onto Prices Fork Road. Turn left and walk along Prices Fork Road until you reach the intersection with Turner Street NE. Take a right onto Turner Street NE. Continue walking straight for about 0.5 miles, and you will arrive at Blacksburg Municipal Park on your left at 920 Turner St NE.

Public Bus
You can take the Blacksburg Transit bus. Board the 'Orange Route' or 'Green Route' at any nearby bus stop on the Virginia Tech campus or downtown Blacksburg. Ride the bus in the direction of the 'Blacksburg Municipal Park' stop. Once you reach the park stop, disembark, and you will be at the entrance of Blacksburg Municipal Park located at 920 Turner St NE.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the local bike rental shops. Start from the downtown area and head towards Prices Fork Road. Take a right onto Turner Street NE and bike along it for approximately 0.5 miles. The park will be on your left at 920 Turner St NE. There are bike racks available near the park entrance for parking your bike.
