Stay on the bus for approximately 20 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Monticello Visitor Center'. From there, it is about a 15-minute walk. Head north on Thomas Jefferson Parkway (VA-53) for about 0.7 miles, then take a left onto an unnamed road. Continue walking straight until you reach Blue Ridge Sanitarium, which will be on your left.
