Walking
Starting from the Downtown Mall in Charlottesville, head east on Main St toward 1st St NE for about 0.5 miles. After crossing over the railroad tracks, turn left onto Ridge St. Continue straight for about 0.7 miles until you reach East High St. Turn right on East High St and walk for about 0.2 miles. You will see a sign for Darden Towe Park; enter the park and follow the signs toward the Lewis & Clark Exploratory Center, which will be on your right.

From the Charlottesville Transit Center, take the #7 bus, which heads toward Darden Towe Park. Stay on the bus for approximately 20 minutes. Get off at the stop for Darden Towe Park. After exiting the bus, walk straight into the park and follow the signs for the Lewis & Clark Exploratory Center, which will be located within the park area.
