Cross the street using the pedestrian crosswalk and follow the sidewalks along the bypass heading north. Keep walking for about 0.5 miles, and you will see McIntire Park on your left side at 375 US-250 BYP. The park entrance is clearly marked.

For those biking, start at the Charlottesville Downtown Mall and head east towards 4th Street NE. Turn left on 4th Street NE and bike until you reach US-250 Bypass. Use the bike lane to safely cross the bypass and continue north along the sidewalk. The park is approximately 1 mile from the Downtown Mall, and you will find the entrance on your left at 375 US-250 BYP.

To reach McIntire Park using public transport, take the Charlottesville Area Transit (CAT) bus. Find the nearest bus stop and catch the #7 or #9 route towards the US-250 Bypass. Stay on the bus until you reach the stop at the US-250 Bypass and Greenbrier Drive. From there, cross the road using the pedestrian crosswalk, and McIntire Park will be located just a short walk away on your left at 375 US-250 BYP.
