If you are starting from the University of Virginia, exit the campus and head east on University Ave. Continue straight as University Ave becomes E Main St. Walk for about 20 minutes, and you will arrive at Downtown Mall, located at E Main St, Charlottesville, VA 22902.

Public Transit - Bus
If you are near the Downtown Transit Center, take the #7 or #10 bus towards the Downtown area. These buses run frequently and will take you directly to the Downtown Mall. Get off at the stop at E Main St, and you will find yourself at the entrance of the mall.

Rent a bike from one of the local bike-sharing services. From the University of Virginia, bike along University Ave, which will turn into E Main St. It’s approximately a 15-minute ride to Downtown Mall. There are bike racks available for parking once you arrive.
