If you are driving from the center of Norfolk, take I-264 E toward Virginia Beach. Continue on I-264 E for approximately 5 miles. Take exit 11 for Norfolk/Virginia Beach Blvd. Merge onto E Virginia Beach Blvd, then turn right onto W Ocean View Ave. Follow W Ocean View Ave for about 2 miles until you reach Ocean View Beach Park at 100 W Ocean View Ave, Norfolk, VA 23503. There is free parking available at the park.

To reach Ocean View Beach Park via public transportation, start by taking the Norfolk Light Rail from downtown Norfolk. Board the light rail heading east and get off at the Newtown Road station. From there, transfer to the 20 bus line towards Ocean View. Ride the bus for about 20 minutes until you reach the stop at W Ocean View Ave. Walk about 5 minutes down W Ocean View Ave to reach the park.
