If you are starting from the Chesapeake city center, walk to the nearest bus stop on George Washington Highway. Take the Hampton Roads Transit (HRT) bus route 45 towards Virginia Beach. Stay on the bus for about 30-40 minutes. Disembark at the stop named 'Atlantic Ave & 12th St'. From there, walk south on Atlantic Ave for about 3 blocks until you reach the Atlantic Wildfowl Heritage Museum at 1113 Atlantic Ave.
