Walking
If you are starting from downtown Fredericksburg, head north on Caroline Street toward William Street. Continue straight until you reach George Street, where you will turn left. Follow George Street until you reach the end, and it will merge into Princess Anne Street. Walk along Princess Anne Street until you reach the intersection with Route 1 (Jefferson Davis Highway). Cross Route 1 carefully at the crosswalk and continue straight onto Chatham Lane. Follow Chatham Lane for about half a mile, and you will see Chatham Manor on your right at 120 Chatham Ln.
