    From Newport News, head to the nearest bus stop and take the Hampton Roads Transit (HRT) bus route 101 towards Norfolk. Stay on the bus for approximately 45 minutes. Get off at the stop at 'Freemason St & Granby St'. From there, walk east on Freemason St for about 5 minutes, and you will reach the Myers House located at 323 E Freemason St.

  • Train

    Travel to the Newport News Amtrak station and board the train towards Norfolk. The train ride will take around 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Norfolk station, exit the station and walk to the nearest bus stop. Take the HRT bus route 15 towards 'Granby St & 23rd St'. Get off at 'Freemason St & Granby St'. Walk east on Freemason St for about 5 minutes to reach the Myers House at 323 E Freemason St.

  • Bicycle

    If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from a local rental service in Newport News. Head towards the James River Trail and follow it north, which will eventually lead you to Norfolk. Continue until you reach Freemason St. Once on Freemason St, ride east for about 10 minutes until you reach the Myers House at 323 E Freemason St.

    If you are close to the Downtown area of Newport News, you can walk to the nearby ferry terminal. Take the ferry across the Elizabeth River to Norfolk.
