If you are in Newport News, head to the nearest bus stop and take the Hampton Roads Transit (HRT) Bus Route 102 towards Norfolk. Make sure to check the bus schedule for the next departure. Once on the bus, stay on until you reach the 'Norfolk City Hall' stop. From there, transfer to the Route 45 bus towards 'Norfolk Waterside'. After about 10 minutes, disembark at the 'Tazewell St & West Freemason' stop. The Pagoda & Oriental Garden will be a short 5-minute walk from the bus stop, located at 265 W Tazewell St. Follow Tazewell St westward, and you will see the entrance to the garden on your right.

Head towards the James River and follow the scenic bike path along the water until you reach the Downtown Norfolk area. Once you arrive in Norfolk, navigate to W Tazewell St. It’s about a 30-minute ride.
