From downtown Norfolk, head east on I-264 E toward Virginia Beach. Continue on I-264 E for approximately 15 miles. Take exit 21 for US-58 W toward Virginia Beach. Merge onto US-58 W, then take the exit toward General Booth Blvd. At the fork, keep left and follow signs for General Booth Blvd. Merge onto General Booth Blvd. After about 2 miles, turn right onto Lord Dunmore Dr. Kemps Landing will be on your right. Note that parking may be available on-site but check for any potential fees.

If you're using public transportation, start by taking The Tide light rail from downtown Norfolk. Board the train at the MacArthur Square station and travel to the Newtown Road station.
