Walking
If you are in downtown Harrisonburg, start at the intersection of South Main Street and East Wolfe Street. Head east on East Wolfe Street until you reach South High Street. Turn left on South High Street and walk north until you reach East Market Street. Turn right onto East Market Street and continue until you reach the intersection with South Main Street. From there, head south on South Main Street until you see the entrance to Turner Ashby Lane on your left. Follow Turner Ashby Lane until you reach the monument located at 1164 Turner Ashby Ln.
Biking
If you prefer biking, start at the downtown area and head north on South Main Street. Continue biking straight as South Main Street turns into North Main Street. When you reach the intersection with East Market Street, turn left and continue for a few blocks. Then, turn right onto Turner Ashby Lane, and the monument will be on your left at 1164 Turner Ashby Ln. Make sure to use bike lanes wherever available for safety.
Public Transport (Bus)
Take the Harrisonburg Public Transit bus from downtown Harrisonburg. Board the bus at the nearest stop on South Main Street. Look for Line 1 that heads north. Request to get off at the stop closest to Turner Ashby Lane. From there, walk west on Turner Ashby Lane to reach the monument, located at 1164 Turner Ashby Ln.
