If you are traveling by car, start from Williamsburg, Virginia, which is a central location in the Historic Triangle. Head south on VA-31 S (Carter's Grove Road). After approximately 2 miles, turn right onto Jamestown Road (VA-31 S). Continue on this road for about 5 miles until you see the entrance sign for Jamestown Island on your right. Follow the signs for parking. Note that there is an entry fee of $14 per vehicle, which covers access to the Historic Jamestowne site.
