If you're traveling by car from Williamsburg, start by getting onto US-60 E from the historic area of Williamsburg. Follow signs for the Colonial Parkway. Merge onto the Colonial Parkway and continue for about 10 miles. Take the exit toward Jamestown. Follow the signs for Jamestown Rediscovery, which is located at 1365 Colonial National Historical Parkway, Williamsburg, VA 23185. Parking is available on-site, but there may be a fee depending on the season.
Public Transportation
To reach Jamestown Rediscovery via public transportation, you can take the Williamsburg Area Transit Authority (WATA) bus service. Board the bus from the nearest stop in Williamsburg that services Route 2. The bus will take you towards the Jamestown area. Be sure to check the current schedule on the WATA website, as times may vary. After disembarking at the closest stop, it’s about a 10-15 minute walk to the entrance of Jamestown Rediscovery at 1365 Colonial National Historical Parkway. Make sure to have small change or a transit card for the bus fare.
