Stay on I-64 for about 15 miles. Take exit 242 for US-60 East towards Williamsburg. Merge onto US-60 East, and continue for about 3 miles. Turn right onto Jamestown Road (VA-31). The Jamestown Settlement will be on your left at 2110 Jamestown Rd, Williamsburg, VA 23185. Look out for the large signs indicating the entrance.
