From anywhere in Middle Peninsula, take Virginia Route 33 East towards Williamsburg. Follow Route 33 for approximately 20 miles until you reach the junction with US-60. Merge onto US-60 East and continue for about 5 miles. Take the exit onto I-64 East towards Newport News. After approximately 8 miles, take exit 242A for US-60 East towards Williamsburg. Follow US-60, which becomes Richmond Road. Continue straight to stay on Richmond Road for about 1 mile. Turn left onto W Nicholson Street, and the Peyton Randolph House will be on your right at 100 W Nicholson St, Williamsburg, VA 23185.
