If you are driving to Capitol in Williamsburg, VA, start by heading to the nearest major highway in Northern Neck, which is Route 3. Take Route 3 East until you reach the traffic circle at the intersection with Route 30. From the traffic circle, take Route 30 South towards West Point. Continue on Route 30 until you reach Route 60. Merge onto Route 60 West and follow it until you reach the intersection with Route 132. Take Route 132 South towards Williamsburg. Follow Route 132 into Williamsburg, where it will turn into Richmond Road. Turn left onto W Duke of Gloucester St. The Capitol will be on your right at 101 W Duke of Gloucester St, Williamsburg, VA 23185.

To reach the Capitol via public transportation, start by taking the Greyhound or Megabus from your nearest station in Northern Neck, likely in Kilmarnock or Warsaw, to Richmond, VA. From Richmond, you can take the GRTC (Greater Richmond Transit Company) bus service to Williamsburg.
