Follow VA-3 W for approximately 25 miles until you reach the intersection with US-17 S. Merge onto US-17 S and continue for about 15 miles until you reach I-64 W. Take the exit toward I-64 W and merge onto I-64 W. After about 15 miles, take exit 238 for VA-199 toward Williamsburg. Continue on VA-199 to the intersection with US-60 E (Richmond Rd). Turn right onto US-60 E and follow it for about 3 miles. Then turn left onto Visitor Center Dr. You will find Colonial Williamsburg at 101 Visitor Center Dr, Williamsburg, VA 23185.
