If you are driving, start on I-495 (Capital Beltway). From the north, take exit 177 for US-1 S toward Richmond. Continue on US-1 S for about 3 miles. Turn right onto Jones Point Dr. Follow the road to the end, where you will find the parking area for Jones Point Lighthouse. There is no parking fee.

If you prefer public transportation, take the Metro to the King Street-Old Town station on the Yellow or Blue Line. From there, you can catch the DASH Bus AT2 towards the Potomac Yard. Get off at the 'Union St & Wilkes St' stop. Walk south on Union St, and then turn left onto Jones Point Dr. It is about a 15-minute walk from the bus stop to the lighthouse.
