    Walking

    If you are starting from the Petersburg Amtrak Station, exit the station and head southeast on E Washington St toward N Sycamore St. Continue walking on E Washington St for about 0.4 miles. You will pass several shops and restaurants. Turn left onto N Sycamore St and walk for another 0.3 miles. You will see signs leading to the park. Continue straight until you reach Tavern Park, which will be on your left.

    From the Petersburg Public Library located at 201 W Washington St, head south on W Washington St toward S Sycamore St. Walk for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with N Sycamore St. Turn right onto N Sycamore St and walk for approximately 0.2 miles. Tavern Park will be on your left, just past the intersection.

    Walking

    If you are near the Siege Museum at 15 W Bank St, exit the museum and head east on Bank St. Walk until you reach N Sycamore St and turn right. Continue walking for about 0.3 miles. Tavern Park will be on your right side, just after the intersection with E Washington St.

    Public Transit

    Take the Petersburg Area Transit (PAT) bus route 1 from the nearest bus stop to your location. Ride the bus to the 'Petersburg Transfer Center.' From there, you can transfer to route 2, which will take you to the nearest stop to Tavern Park. Disembark at the stop closest to N Sycamore St and E Washington St. Walk a short distance north on N Sycamore St, and Tavern Park will be on your left.
