Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are in downtown Petersburg, start at the intersection of S Sycamore St and E Washington St. Head east on E Washington St toward S Adams St. Continue walking for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with S Crater Rd. Turn left onto S Crater Rd and walk for another 0.3 miles. You will then reach the Petersburg Amtrak station. From the station, you can take a train to Richmond, VA. Once you arrive at the Richmond station, exit and head east on Broad St toward N 8th St. Walk for about 0.5 miles and turn right onto E Grace St. St. Peter's Pro-Cathedral will be located at 800 E Grace St, on your left.

    From downtown Petersburg, walk to the nearest bus stop at S Sycamore St & E Washington St. Take the GRTC Pulse bus headed toward Main St Station in Richmond. After approximately 30 minutes, disembark at the Main St Station stop. Once you exit the bus, head east on Main St toward N 8th St. Continue walking for about 0.5 miles until you reach E Grace St. Turn left onto E Grace St, and St. Peter's Pro-Cathedral will be located at 800 E Grace St.
