Merge onto I-581 N via the ramp on the left toward Washington. After about 1.5 miles, take exit 3B for US-460 E toward Blacksburg. Continue on US-460 E for about 5 miles and then take exit 6 for US-11 N toward Lexington. In approximately 3 miles, merge onto VA-311 N/US-11 N and continue for about 7 miles.
