Once you enter Skyline Drive, follow the road southward until you reach the mile marker. There are plenty of scenic overlooks along the way, so feel free to stop and enjoy the views! Once you reach the Turk Mountain Overlook, a parking area is available for visitors. Be aware that there is an entrance fee of $30 for a single vehicle, which is valid for 7 consecutive days.

Public transportation options are limited within Shenandoah National Park, but you can take a bus to nearby towns like Waynesboro. From Waynesboro, you will need to arrange a taxi or rideshare service to reach Skyline Drive. Once you arrive at Skyline Drive, you can drive or hike to Turk Mountain Overlook, which is located at mile marker 65.5. Please plan your trip accordingly, as public transportation might not be readily available.
