Depending on your starting point, this may take anywhere from 1 to 2 hours. Once on I-81 S, take exit 213 for US-250 E toward Waynesboro. Merge onto US-250 E and continue for approximately 12 miles until you reach the Blue Ridge Parkway. Turn left onto Blue Ridge Pkwy. Continue on Blue Ridge Pkwy for about 9 miles, and you'll arrive at Humpback Rocks, which is located at Blue Rdg Pkwy, Lyndhurst, VA 22952.

  • Public Transportation

    Using public transportation can be more challenging since there are limited options directly to Humpback Rocks. You can take a Greyhound or Megabus to Waynesboro, VA. From Waynesboro, you will need to arrange for a taxi or rideshare service to take you to the entrance of the Blue Ridge Parkway. The taxi ride will take approximately 20 minutes, and the fare may range from $20 to $30. Once you are at the Blue Ridge Parkway, you can walk to Humpback Rocks.

    For the adventurous, biking can be a great way to reach Humpback Rocks. You can bike from Waynesboro along US-250 E to the Blue Ridge Parkway.
