If you are driving, head towards Roanoke, Virginia. From I-81, take exit 143 for US-220 S toward Roanoke. Continue on US-220 S for about 5 miles. Merge onto I-581 S and continue for approximately 3 miles. Take exit 3 toward 13th St SW. Turn right onto 13th St SW, and the Historic Fishburn Mansion will be on your left at 714 13th St SW.
