If you're starting from downtown Roanoke, head west on Campbell Avenue SW toward 4th Street SW. Continue walking until you reach 10th Street SW. Turn left onto 10th Street SW and walk south until you reach the intersection with Walnut Avenue SW. Turn right onto Walnut Avenue and continue until you reach 24th Street SW. Turn left onto 24th Street SW and walk until you reach Windsor Avenue SW. Finally, turn right onto Windsor Avenue SW, and the Apartment Building located at 2049 Windsor Ave SW will be on your left.

From the Roanoke Civic Center, take the Valley Metro bus route 1 towards Hollins. Get off at the stop at 24th Street SW and Windsor Ave SW.
