If you are driving from the Tidewater region, take US-17 N from Norfolk or Virginia Beach. Follow US-17 N for approximately 50 miles until you reach Tappahannock. Once in Tappahannock, continue onto Tidewater Trail (VA-360) and drive for about 3 miles. The Rappahannock River Valley National Wildlife Refuge - Hutchinson Unit will be on your right at 19180 Tidewater Trail, Tappahannock, VA 22560.
