After approximately 5 miles, take a left onto Water Street. The Watermen's Museum will be on your left at 309 Water St, Yorktown, VA 23690. There is free parking available nearby.
Public Transportation
To reach Watermen's Museum using public transportation, take the Hampton Roads Transit bus route 102 from downtown Norfolk or Newport News. Get off at the Yorktown stop on Main Street. From there, it is a 15-minute walk to the museum. Head east on Main St toward Water St, then turn left onto Water St. The museum is located at 309 Water St, Yorktown, VA 23690. Be aware that bus fares are typically around $2.00 one way.
